“I love to create images that remind me of childhood and how dreamy and fanciful it can be. I spun wild tales as a child about Dinosaurs that still roamed the other side of the earth, man eating plants that grew in my backyard...and being able to fly...but only at night. Every night I made sure to wear cute pj's to bed in case Peter Pan came for me and I would have to wear my pj's to neverland....really. I think it was just my creativity and my storytelling finding it's way into my 'real' life. I try to recreate these kinds of tall tales now in pictures and illustrations.”
